Well, if New Hope do put their hand up then that would certainly show their cards - which would build market confidence for the stock as well as remove the main seller (we presume). This would remove the lid on the price and surely no potential suitor would push ahead with such a move, forcing an ultimate premium for the "actual" T/O.

The NHC theory sounds rather plausible, and I agree with lots of others here that we've found our main seller. It looks like it is out of necessity (rather than "nerves" or uncertainty), so roll on the next week or so!
