sammy, I see your point and think you're right on this one. Unless one loses a few fortunes they would never learn. It's just a terrible and heart-breaking picture to see tears, reading about wiped accounts and looking for those guilty when things go pear-shaped. Recent example is KNL. Not so recent examples are GCN and ANP.
