hi yokka, my understanding is that the permit required by the Company relates to the flight plan for the aircaft that will be used for the aeromagnetic survey.

this is a permit from the relevant aviation authority in namibia. not a permit required from the department of minterals and energy, nor consent from the minister for the environment. so this should be a no brainer and will hopefully be given "soon" (namibian time).

i believe the extended delays to date, were caused by the unavailability of contractors with suitable equipment (i.e. aircraft) in namibia. this has now been resolved, with the final permits now pending.
