DYOR but from the con note terms released to asx it appears that Mt Kellett dilution is not trigger if issue price is above 95% of 5 day VWAP - the 1/2 hour trade window which took the price up on Thursday means 75cents is above that.... not sure how the SPP will work out - I guess it may take the average price of the capital raise below the 95% threshold, hence the statement in the announcement of not sure if the price adjustment will be triggered...
