Yes JW. I would welcome opportunity to link up. Let me know when its done (I would offer to do it, but my IT skills are not great). Strangely, I think we are on the same page re most issues except perhaps WA. And totally agree that a return to the "prospectus" type yields would substantially alleviate funding pressures.
