Jhu.... I thought the same re. SH not taking up his options that were in-the-money. But does he not have a couple of weeks to notify the market of a change in holding? Maybe SL's advisors are quicker to act and SH's change in holding is still to come

I can't see why SL would convert if there was to be a discounted raising in the short term.... And then not take up his full entitlement in the CR and/or have the CR not being fully raised as per previous.
