I finally cracked today and built a dcf model using the MGX production, annual report data and a couple of broker reports as a reference point
Which got me comfortable enough to load up again
I ended up with a valuation of $1.17. Roughly
~ 26c for cash
~ 65c for KI
~ 20c for EH
~ 10c for TP
~ -4c for corporate
The valuation fluctuated to 80c-1.60 for a range of prices from very pessimistic to optimistic.
