O, the most important post I have seen in ages on this thread. Well done.
When you think about it, how is what happened to LCY shareholders that far removed from what happened with Storm Financial or Opes Prime...? Their investors lost money due to poor financial advice. LCY investors have lost money due to promises that didn't come true.
