I have a substantial investment which is growing.

Gold is a good asset to hold, and probably now is its real time to shine.

I like companies which have focus, contiguous permits over demonstrated gold bearing structures which traverse the right rocks. The other geological positives i have posted.

Not too many companies that have this and the ability to focus and persevere. Perseverance and a systematic build up of geological, geochemistry and geophysics knowledge in the right area has shown in numerous terrains to be commercially very rewarding. Sometime you might have a hickup, but with perseverance and science the company will win through.

I watchout for the companies which race off into different commodities, and/or in different countries or who have a spread of permits which look like a shotgun has been fired (and this is often the case). These guys talking about spreading the risk, but there approach is at sharp odds to a more considered approach (see Warren Buffet strategy and morph it into mineral exploration for example. I know its not an exact morph, but its interesting)
