It is absolutely 100% certain that they had knowledge of the raising and traded on it at our expense imo.
If that is not insider trading and a blatant case for ASIC then what role does ASIC play at all?
and why should ASIC have to be asked in the first place, they are already fully aware of this highly public situation and yet silent.
