From the 14th "Sanchez had difficulty setting the liner and also had a screen out. The large number of stages suggests that they wanted to limit penetration of each of the fracs to keep them within the shale but one or more may have penetrated through to the ash".
If they did indeed penetrate the ash does that mean that the well wont clean up properly ? or is this just a possible indication of why so much frac fluid was absorbed ?
also, i assume you are suggesting that the same might have happened at Bigham 1 and that is why they have fracced so many stages ? do you think they may have slipped into the ash zone also ?
