As you are undoubtedly aware, this paper is currently undergoing peer-review, although I have no doubt it will be accepted. Your quibble here is one of timing and, when the paper is published, your entire objection will become irrelevant, as will the criticisms made by Messrs Henderson et al.
I won't hold my breath waiting for any retraction or apology when that happens BTW ...
