It's about the truth on MM and KS performance since the stockmarket isn't in a bull market.
All the retoric and jaw boning about property from Money Morning does not matter when you have a recent track record that should be discussed - agreed.
So let's discuss these tip sheet spruikers performance against housing then. I put their recent record up for discussion but no one has answered to my first post. (ex cept Kincella)

You posted this shameless and rediculous article pleading to the ignorant with the "I'll explain why in a moment" as seen on TV line, so what do you think of the source if they have such a poor alternative record to housing.
My opinion is the source is complete and utter garbage and anyone following their advice has not only been burnt, but in the case of those 2 stocks wiped out 90-100%.
