re: oil to hit 70 bucks yes and plummet George Dubbya signed a decleration of National disaster. This is the first time A Hurricane has cuased this in the last 40 years!......This has been done not just to mobilse the army and national guards to help new orleans but also make available the Strategic Petroleum Reserves......So oil up real strong for a day or two and then plummets on news that the SPR will be opened to alleviate the damage.
