If a kid gets scared becasue of a riot....do you again, blame the Govt???
It is you Yak who is totally devoid of sense if you do not see a potential breach if duty of care if the government placed a child in a situation that constantly exposed a the child to these things, did nothing to reduce the exposure or provided any help to the child in dealing with this exposure.
