    Frankly... I dont care.....too many other more worthy causes to gain my attention....

    As long as the decision to proceed is not based on the opportunity to attack the detention programme, per se.

    That would be a travesty of the use of the courts to push a political agenda.

    Indeed ie in Qld ...for someone to have an injury for WorkCover...regardless of the injury....

    ....its only an injury if it arose out of the failure of the employer to act in a reasonable manner

    "Reasonable" is the measure.

    And if that is not the case...the case moves forward

    Same should apply here. If the GovT DID act in the appropriate and reasonable manner...

    .....there is no case for them to answer

    But alas...we all get to pay for the privilege of discovery...

    ..and the solicitors will end up ahead...as always!
