    They are starting criminal court proceedings to get their 50% in Mulga Rock agreement recognised. Not a rosy pictue! Even if they win out, the parnters, them and Mr Fewster probably won't have the best relationship. Might be a quality deposit, but its chances of getting mined look slim? Anybody care to comment.
