are reefton shafting the uk

Dear Sir,

I own XXXXXX reefton shares on the UK AIM and note that there is no
progress into what is happening with respect to their suspension
nearly 4 weeks ago.

I understand that you have 4weeks maximum to find a NOMAD and broker.
Is there going to be a satisfactory resolution to this problem
imminently? I (along with many other shareholders) would be grateful
for an RNS update immediately if possible. If we assume the worst,
will there be a facility to trade these shares by transfer to the ASX?
If so will Reefton fund this transfer as it is not the UK investors
fault that things have got so bad?Or will the company arrange a buy
back of the UK shares at a fair price?

I am very disappointed in the way that the whole news management team
have performed since March with the apparent fictitious Uranium
discovery but hope at least that some share value can be recovered
soon from the Skeleton Coast projects.
