As for gas compo's, these r straight-fwd these days as they use known concentrations of cocktail gas to calibrate their gear, so the GC will give them the c1 to c5's (in ppm) & the Gas detector will tell them Total Gas %. Although, as u alluded, the actual composition will b frm the flowtest samples. Flow pressure will b crucial on a known choke dia of 0.5", most likely.

DM already acknowledged that gas is present in the lower interval, so they trust their data.

Thank heavens for this gas saturated reservoir, 'water-wet' would have knocked the stuffing out of their SP.

Most operators start throwing in buzzwords like gas shows or 'fluor'. MEO haven't said the fword yet for HS1 or GSE, so I think we may get very little heavies, as in ethane-propanne (C2, C3).

In my view at HS1 mininmal mudlosses bodes well for primary porosity in the reservoirs. HS1 will flow. I think they've called stumps just in time, rather then make it a rescue mission exercise (formation cockup, ie).

Doc, remember that publcn # GA9151 (frm 2003) on BonnyB, showed a xsection with a very thick PLover (this was based on H#1 only). I wonder if ENI will want to put a second well near that area, just my wishful thinking for now. ENI's plan to do further PSDM shows they r serious about further DD on this structure.

Agree, the dog with 6 legs has worked in stealth mode & could have bigger plans for this area. Noticed that Brkwater could b a dark horse for MEO. The sub-salt needs to b investigated by further seis on that struc, as it will prove to b ideal for ENI's Blktip.
