you come on here laud kalenn for her due dligence and research on avb (i take it cause you are long) yet her research on nxs is flawed and probably wrong (again because you are not long or possibly short or possibly dont care for the com[any at all)

avb dont look to be doing flash either especially since the director sold a heap of his shares at double the price here for tax reasons...yeah right

you then come back on and say its going to 14 but not before 11.5...huh? it was there on fri and is 11.5 bid (so not a massive call) and then you say its not a higher low...well who cares? technically you may be right before you are wrong too...

at the end of the day fundamentally it needs a catalyst for the market to re-rate the management and its assets...whether that is up or down that is up to that catalyst and the market

i dont care much for trying to cross promote or whatever you were doing all i am interested is in the factual discussion on nxs its assets and a reason for potential re-rating or de-rating...
