SP has to be kept low to allow the private placement of 13 mil additional shares (10%) at most probably 0.05c or below at stole away price to enrich someone (Look at Resolution 8). Imagine how Pat underwrite the 1st Right Issue & received a bleeding nose but is willing to be bitten again? Question is : Pat acting on behalf of someone as nominee & in return receive certain %? This may be my imagination but any truth?
