"Has anyone got any insights into this one?"
Well, I think OKN probably is undervalued at the moment but of course it won't ever return to it's pre-GFC highs, where it was ridiculously overvalued.
Probably it's still on many people's watch lists but until it can produce significantly higher net profits, trending upwards, the share price will remain where it is. In the FY2012 AR, OKN delivered (again) falling revenues and falling profits. The 80m intangible assets are a joke. On the plus side, it has no debt and steady NTA.
A more fundamental problem is that OKN is struggling to make sales in the new IT market environment. They have not yet adapted, they're still trying to operate to old business models. I think they're in the process of realising that and hopefully change will come soon.
As a dividend stock, it's one of the better ones. I've held OKN for years, for that very reason, but for me this is a long term stock.
