dodgy bta short seller & asx broker, page-2

I have been away on holidays and have just rung Commsec about the shares I purchased in the last hour of trade that are still sitting in my Australian account. Guy knew very little and said it was a mistake, they had been transferred over, he would arrange to have them deleted. I haven't received a holding cert yet from the US so I am assuming I am in the same position as your friend (and only due to HC having any idea that there is an issue) and will only be able to try to sort it out when I get my statement :(
