I'm a former Police Officer and now currently working in the legal industry (Not a lawyer) but without prejudice conversations are normal. Both sides are actually forced to participate in mediation (without prejudice talks) by the judge/arbitrator. Whilst happy something is happening, I won't be popping champagne just yet.

I really hope the time table has only been suspended because they are both indicated a willingness to compromise. Overall it will be a hollow victory and most likely we will never know the outcome, as I'm sure deeds of release will be entered into.

Got 4.5 million of CXY shares and hoping to see the share price go up to 5c before I get out. Wishful thinking I know but hopefully we will get there someday.
