GFNZ Group Limited issued share capital increased by 6,551,590 new ordinary
shares following the rights issue take up by share holders.

All new shares were issued @ 2.75 cents per share.

GFNZ Group Limited new issued share capital amounts to 231,250,221

4,367,601 non tradable options were also issued.  These options are
exercisable during the 30 day period commencing 19 November 2015.
