    the potential was confirmed as fact...that is why i think it has not changed. We have a robust commercial oil province as per the announcement and I think even that is downplaying it. I think RC is the master of underpromising and over delivering.Company has been significantly de-risked, no longer a speccie or a penny dreadful, now just a small company on the rise.
