Management were just not proactive enough to fix problems or keep the market updated, apart from quarterly. Their history is terrible with missing targets and public relations.
I would like to see a further clean out and start with a whole new team. I personally think C.J has to be accountable for the problems also and should be sacked or resign from the board.
