Alex999, exactly, just like with similar companies,as soon as the sp drops and gets close to cash backing,along come the "take over" posters.
Will not happen any time soon,especially with the new change in tactics by the Govt.
That recent anncmt was the killer and Stb's board still remains silent.
Perhaps the ongoing negotiations are delicate but one would think the Board would say something to settle things down.
Anyway,people should have be aware of the sov risk in the first place.
With the in speccie distribution of Duketon shares....does this mean that Stb's sp will automatically drop at the time of issue.
