Dear ERJ management,

Please consider following these steps in order to produce a minimal (one page should suffice) market update regarding Carnarvon:

1. Begin with the previous market update - it specifically mentioned several items of work due for completion and this should be used as a "checklist" of achievements for the new update.

2. Using the previous update, place ticks next to items of work completed. You might like to even make some notes as you go, and use this as a first draft for the update.

3. After identifying any items of work mentioned in the previous update but not yet completed, add explanatory notes justifying or explaining the non completion. You might like to also outline a new time frame for any outstanding works to be completed in order for investors to better understand what they should expect in the near term.

All up this process, including the typing up of a final version for release to market should take about four hours. If you start tomorrow morning, you might even release it to the ASX by midday.
