A project half complete is worth squat.
There appears that advanced discussions regarding the equity have taken place as well.
Whilst Base reiterated that they have legal advice they are in the clear, previous african cases show that you are better to keep the peace. Govt needs to see cash at the end of the tunnel.
As a holder would be happy to have a amicable outcome with a staged equity participation.
Base back on track and the project is outstanding.
