Haven't a clue what you're going on about now, but you were replying to a post about some poor renter being "bullied" into a rent rise.

My point was simply, like electricity, petrol, milk and bread. You either go elsewhere and change "supplier" or pay.

Seems renters are special...they're not, they are consumers of products and services.

which go up and down according to market forces.

apparently rents are down and plenty of choices for the bears to find a cave - so don't see why poster was having a moan.
