Hi Westcott

As far as I am concerned, you have more than earned the right to vote exactly as you please - even if it were the deciding vote. I owe you more than a few beers for the amount of research you have passed on to make true believers of us. I wouldn't have minded seeeing you on the board.

I feel ripped off. But I don't blame the board, who have done all they could to find partners. I don't blame hanglong who are merely doing business (at our expense). I look at the wider macro economic issues at work which have been to blame for us not being able to find a financial partner to walk through the project with us. IF only the money was there, we could have told hanglong to take a walk.

I am disappointed not only for myself, but also for all who through the years have believed in this project. Westcott, I tip my hat to you. Thanks for everything
