IMO. There is an element of truth in your statement West08.
I have been reading between the lines for years now. ESI has been cash strapped for 3years+ with no real results (getting to market) to date except survival.
A job well done I might add.
ARUP will have options in their contract w/ ESI. RE: monies outstanding/breach of contract etc. If all was lost they would have jumped ship without exposing themselves to more risk.
Obe I would like ARUP in partnership with ESI. Something CLEAN for a change would be refreshing.
