To me, today's announcement was confirmation that the companys definitely in its crystallisation phase - if esi wasnt percieved to be heading towards being rock solid then arup would not have tied themselves up with a destitute arrangement.
Nothing but shareholder update today - an "all is well and quite on track" said with confidence markers that can be relied on.
Esi just confirmed that it is still taking steps in a staircase that it must ascend
- importantly it just revealed the next steps it is taking.
I'm clear and satisfied that we couldnt be further along if we tried and that we have willing financial participants to assist with the job of getting the plant built.
