    I don't really have a problem with the role of Slipform. I think they've saved us a fair bit of money and distress from delays that have been beyond EWC's control. Over time, the arrangement may become more arms length, but I'm satisifed that it's arms length enough for the moment. It's the dlays that are killing us, not the siphoning off of $.
