    just spoke with Evan Cranston and he said that the placement was to a private group's clients. when asked if Middlemas was involved he said no.

    i also asked if there was a project in the wings and he confirmed that the company was in a far better position to acquire a meaningful asset with $4m cash than $1.9m however no project has yet been identified.
