LNG in a glut? Maybe, but if you read the Age yesterday you would see that asian buyers are paying 115% of Henry Hub + $3 for liquefaction + $3.50 for transport means around $11MMBTU delivered plus HH price risk which can be a problem (After Katrina, HH $14)
Even if $11MMBTU is the long term low price, aint too bad. One train from woodside is going to guandong China for $3MMBTU fixed for 20 years (maybe only 15 yrs left to run now).
