I tend to agree that your scenario would be a good result and reading between the lines of a few conversations that I had today at the AGM, the decision on the Crux sell down should not be too far away. A transaction involving the full Crux interest you would think would have to be close to the see through value of $550m-$650m? The best thing imho is that NXS now has options and a relatively simple path forward.
The run up to Xmas may be interesting.
