My posts defend the principles of procedural fairness and justice through due processes - not Julia Gillard!
Although I am a harsh critic of our legal system I am an even harsher critic of medieval witch hunts, kangaroo courts, trial by media and trial by Parliament.
That's why I think it's important that the comments attributed to Clive Palmer on the occasion of his resignation from the Liberal Party should be pursued!
