re: Ann: Company Secretary Appointment/Resign... vogliobene
Understand where your coming from but my understanding is, as told to me by I.Gandell, is that when it gets to the top echelon of lawyers, its all about winning and only taking on cases that would have a high probability of winning.imo
Its going to take upto another couple of years to find out if its all crap and we do our backsides. atm theres nothing anyone can do about it because as others have posted and its obvious now,its I.Gandell verses the BBros.
It'll be interesting to see if the BBros want to negotiate a settlement and if we small shareholders ever know about it.? Sure I.G. stated it would go to a vote but how indicative of all shareholder's desires would that be if it was a close result considering the large shareholder/s.
Going for 100% and losing is very risky and if so the blame lyes with one person.
One thing in I.Gandell's favour is, he is privy to the evidence and legal advice.
So for the time being its,
In Gandell we trust.
Dont get me wrong all, I dont mind the bloke(I.Gandell) but thats beside the point. When it comes to money, the head rules the heart.
Good luck All
