I am a shareholder. And a long suffering one. I have seen 99.3% of my value destroyed.

And please tell me where I have said anything misleading and please provide evidence. Otherwise you should keep your unsubstantiated opinions to yourself. The forum here is in Australia. We're free to discuss and questioning are encouraged. This isn't China where discenters are thrown in jail. And I guess you believe shareholders are not entitled to ask questions. And I guess you believe that the board don't have to answer them. All of these issues could be stopped in 1 minute with answers. If the ASIC matters have been dealt with then the company is obliged to disclose this. Not disclosing it implies illegal bahaviour. Disclosing to certain shareholders and not others is illegal if those shareholders then act in the market.

If you looked at the NSP HC forum, you will notice that there is the occassional post which is deemed "defamatory". They are never mine nor are they posts by those who are calling for disclosure by the company.

And saying "Everyone knows" doen't mean everyone does. You have never stated a single fact with any form of supporting evidence/documentation. Posters who make those kinds of unsubstantiated sweeping statements just make the company look worse. You might believe that you are "helping" the reputation of the company, but you are not. Your comments and those who keep talking it up but with nothing behind the comments just highlight how bad it really is. I began posting here, concerned, but expecting that information would come to light to placate me. Over time, I have become more and more concerned. So thanks for your efforts in providing clarity to just how bad things are at NuSep.

Your problem, appears to stem from your inability to be able to deal with those who you deem as negative having evidence to pose questions which are fair and reasonable and continue to remain unanswered, despite the seriousness of the content. I appreciate your posts as they provide the ability for posters like myself and those of a similar mind to continue the dialogue and ask questions which allow intelligent people to consider the major problems at NuSep.

So Syd, please keep up your posting! I would appreciate it if you could add some value by supporting your story with facts as all of the actual facts posted here seem to suggest that things are not as good as they appear on the surface.
