There is nothing stopping a M.D. specialising and earning that level of income. I think a CEO should be paid 2 or 3 times what a fifo truck driver earns. I think there has been a lot of rubbish talked which I don't agree with. Nearology put matsa in the spotlight but to say Paul has been a failure and done nothing couldn't be further from the truth either. Imho matsa has been well positioned with a good list of potential projects and the cash to start working through them. Some business men are better than others at sniffing out a deal. In my experience with exploring companies management is the difference between success and failure. I'm happy with the management and don't want a change. If enough shareholders feel the same way he will get the pay rise. With the potential I see in this company I think it would be short sighted to rock the boat over a lousy $200k.
