thanks baxter it is a good feeling but by telling my story i was hoping to encourage the younger forum posters to think ahead and take control of their super and the right piece of property as part of your portfolio can be rewarding after all the super contributions in a joint smsf and the tennants would pay it off leaving you a nice tax free rent and building for retirement
