    In the interests of being honest, and upon reflection, I have asked for your post to be moderated

    I did so for the simple reason that if AVB are doing a finance deal, they haven't announced it for a reason.Your post may force them into a TH or could even jeopordise the deal they are working on....this would not be in the interests of any of us shareholders
