The Saturday West Australian newspaper artilce with the heading "Shareholders take Sage to task over pay packet" was a good read !
At the AGM the shareholders have delivered CFE its first strike under corporation rules.
Sage salary as per this artile "taking his total salary package for the year to just over $1.9 million.
I dont mind giving benefits on the basis of success to any Director as an incentive but Sage and other Directors have a cheak to ask for options let alone put pen to paper and ask for them at this time !
