Plumb should have been BOTA on the nasdaq from a base of at least $1 BTA ($8 BOTA). However, the shameful manipulation means that he starts from .50 cents BTA ($4 BOTA)

Hopefully Plumb will move quickly. Usually in the first 90 days you can tell if a leader will be star or a dud. I will rate his performance by the share price. Needs to be a minimum of $10 BOTA by end of January - January 2013!
