i just called the company marketing team and spoke with them. i asked why AKK had not had an announcement or been placed into a trading halt regarding info that was now in the public domain.

i advised them that i was very concerned that some traders were trading with knowledge that others didn't have. i was asked to forward the link and did so regarding the kruiger well producing.

i asked if it was illegal to not disclose price sensitive information and was told it needed to be material. Well in my opinion if its publicly available then it must be material surely!

I have my hopes pinned on AKK producing the goods but i'm not happy at the lack of disclosure...basically it stinks.

If its price sensitive it must be released! The company is contacting the states to seek clarification on the matter and will then get back to me.

Dam straight i'll be making a complaint to ASX if the reasoning for these continued disclosure blunders isn't a very good one.
