This looks like good news to me. Sure it's not blown the top of the rig, but they rarely do. 44m is a large oil column, and the porosity would appear to be good. Reading between the lines the pressure may be less than at the previous well, so flowrates may be lower. But it's still a good result. And what it really does is derisk the next several Ungani trend targets. One good well might be luck but two in similar formations is strongly indicative of a trend. And 20 or 30mmbl might be too small for a supermajor, but 5-10x that starts to smell like serious money in anyone's language.
