I can't remember the specifics but they have slightly modified the antigen and use a new adjuvant (PET-lipidA as you pointed out.)
Will need to be tested obviously, but the theory is that ONT-10 will better target the cancer cells with its more specific antigen (basically a better description of what to attack) and the new lipid should help elicit a stronger immune response.

FYI. The new antigen is closer to what Prima are doing, by including the sugar branches on the protein "tree", to use Dr Gargosky's analogy.

I should point out that ONT-10 is years behind CVac, so not a threat as of yet.
