    so much for the "secret" settlement.

    They settled for $40M, minus all expense and payments. This leave $26M to be distribute among unsecured creditor.

    Work out about 4 cents in a dollar, for each Notes. That is if the unsecured creditor don't take it all. Which might left notehoders with nothing much.
